Adam and Jan Moore operate one of the finest Hotels in Scotland, I have worked with them for a few years, and we now have achieved 97% occupancy rate, possibly the best in Scotland. Of course you need a great product, but you also need a website that can be fouund directly through Google searches, and the Trigony is found for so many ideal search terms like N0. 1 for " country house hotel scotland" and google page 1 listings for over 30 search terms like " country hotel Scotland" and many others like " fishing holidays Scotland" and " golf holiday Scotland" all of these are National searches that link to just one hotel. When she approached me she had built up a considerable base of properties (over 1,000) and asked me to SEO the site. I felt the one she had was unatractive and suggested a redesign with added SEO. Sometimes the location of a cottage is just so special that it is my job to try to portray that in my design. In this case the cottage overlooks a beautiful bay with stunning views as the sun sets over the Irish Sea. Gelston Lodge holiday cottages dumfries and galloway
Four lovely cottages nestled in the hills close to Auchencairn, Donald and Charlotte have become very good friends of mine since I was commisioned their website. This was their first venture into self catering cottages and as such I was able to guide them through the complexities of tourism to help them avoid the pitfalls of the business that most of us learn by experience. I persuaded them that they did not need to use old magazine and paper based advertising, but that there was more than sufficient customers available through a well optimised web presence. Chipperkyle Country House
Catriona and Willie already had a website, infact they had had it for many years. The old website had never generated new customers but had been used as a reference from other marketing activities. it had grown very old fashioned and I relished the redesign as the house has so much charm and elegance. In a way I always see the object of my design is just to show the world how nice the accommodation is. They now say that the website has worked very well and often get complimented on it. This site is designed for a particular type of customer in mind, and is optimised around just a few, but well aimed terms. These terms are strong enough to provide substantial interest. I once attended an SEO lecture (I was not speaking) and this site was used as the main example of 'the perfectly optimised website'. Not a bad compliment from a SEO expert I did not know .Try searching on the internet for ' bed and breakfast castle douglas ' There are only 85 searches a week made for this term but if you are a bed and breakfast in any town, could you make use of another 85 potential customers a week. Try the search yourself, for your town - Is your website appearing - call us if it isn't and we'll sort it out!!! |

A wonderful selection of the best self catering apartments in Edinburgh. My role was to display each of the apartments to bring out the character of each, also optimise each single page to bring in potential customers. So every page is optimised and targeted to its perfect customer. What does that mean? well I have manipulated the text and the meta tags so that when you search for a particular phrase the relevant page appears in the search. For instance if you search for " 4 star accommodation in edinburgh " this website listing is both at the top of the page by the map and also in the organic listing on page 1., this is the case for every page of the website. |

this property has a unique selling point, it is located close to a beach front in Sandhead. So my website www.familyfriendlybeachhouses.co.uk optimisation worked on this unique selling point. Try looking at this search term 'family friendly beach house' it is not used by vast numbers but if you are looking for that type of holiday, and you find a property that exactly matches your request then you are highly likely to purchase a holiday there. It also was the first of my websites that featured very large images of the property which are increasingly important in business website design. |
